Bloomingdale’s, flagship store on Manhattan Street in New York has reinvented its customer experience, featuring a new pop-up store decked out with two massive video walls, each consisting of thirty-five screens.
Bloomingdale’s has invited agency FLOAT4 to collaborate on The Carousel, the high-end retailer’s new rotating pop-up store. The carousel offers an immersive shopping experience, where every two months a featured theme takes over the space. Each content capsule is meant to be a unique visual episode for a total period of 12-14 months.
